Tom Northover

Managing Partner

Based in the US, Tom has a long investment track record spanning industrial, energy, consumer and financial sectors. He has been involved in the founding and scaling of a number of private, public and sovereign entities, taking operating roles in the process. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Celerity.

Tom holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, UK; an Overseas Development Institute Fellowship; and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Henry Eckrich

Associate

Henry joined Celerity from McKinsey & Company, where he spent four years advising corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy, M&A, commercial excellence, organizational design, and AI-driven digital transformation. He was affiliated with McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors, McKinsey Transformation, and Advanced Industries practices.

Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Chinese Languages from Columbia University.
